Shipments and returns

We ship your order anywhere in the world, including shipments to P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, and U.K. or international APO/FPO addresses. We ship via major carriers to any continental U.K. destination. Our standard company procedure is to delivery goods to the Credit or Debit Card address only - if however this is not suitable please contact us. All orders are tracked and insured.

About our delivery service

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £100. We charge £3 for standard UK delivery on orders under £100.

We offer three methods for shipping your orders from

Standard 4 to 8 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.

Expedited 3 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 2 days for transit.

Express 2 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 1 day for transit.

Business days include Monday–Saturday, excluding Sunday.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Expedited, Express). When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

We make every effort to ship orders placed before the shipping cut off of 2:30pm the same business day, subject to product availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day.

Undelivered Packages

Please provide a valid and complete physical shipping address for your delivery. Orders that come back or need to be re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are subject to a minimum £15.00 rerouting/reshipping fee, at the discretion of MrHighTech LTD. Any package that is refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a minimum £10.00 refusal/delivery failure fee and recovery of shipping fees.


If your shipment is delayed for an excessive length of time, or if the carrier has delivered the package but you have not taken possession of it, we will attempt to initiate a tracer investigation upon your request. This process takes up to 10 business days.


We refund any retail packaged product shipped for return within 30 days of receipt. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. It must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable. If the item has been used or is not in the same condition as it was sold, we will inspect the item and communicate a revised valuation if different from the original selling price and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping charges are not refundable (except in certain situations). Please note the following requirements:

  • The returned goods must be without any signs of wear, with all accessories and in their original packaging.
  • Used products, B-stock goods, unique items are not covered by this warranty.
  • Requests for returns after 14 days but within 30 days will be granted, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Requests for returns after 30 days will not be granted.
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the items.
  • Download software or keycode-only software is non-refundable. Defective keycodes will be replaced.

All returns require a Return Material Advice (RMA) number. Please contact us for a RMA number before making a return.

Downloadable Software Refund Policy

All sales of software applications are final. We do not accept returns of downloadable software. Software may require you to use a computer or other device meeting minimum system requirements, and you are responsible for ensuring that your computer or device meets software system requirements prior to purchase. Generally, Software system requirements are available on or from product detail pages.  We will usually continue to make purchased product keys software available in the your Order History Page for additional activations, but we may, from time to time, remove without notice because of the Software provider's licensing restrictions or for other reasons. MrHighTech LTD, will not be liable to you if any software is removed from the Order History Page or otherwise becomes unavailable for additional activation. If you are unable to successfully access an application after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact our customer service.
